Etherton Education Summer Courses in 2024 will be held at Wellington School in Somerset.

Wellington School is in the town of Wellington surrounded by beautiful green countryside, providing a healthy environment for
our summer course. The school has well equipped teaching facilities and extensive sports grounds.

Where is Wellington School?

Wellington School is located in a town called Wellington in the county of Somerset, in the south-west of England. It is about three hours from London Heathrow Airport by car. If you travel by train, use London’s Paddington Station and come to Taunton Station (about two hours) and then take a taxi to the school (about 20 minutes).

Where will Etherton students live during the summer?
Our students will live in single-sex boarding houses on the school campus. Each boarding house has WiFi, showers, toilets, lounges and a games area.  Resident staff sleep in the Houses and look after students.

The facilities at Wellington School

Wellington School has excellent facilities. Students will study in the classrooms and have science lessons in the laboratories. They will have three meals a day in the dining hall, and take part in drama workshops and have sports sessions. Wellington School has a swimming pool, sports hall, tennis courts, Astro pitch and many grass playing fields.
