All teaching, text books, basic stationery materials and sports coaching.

Departure transfers from Blundell’s School to London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports on 03 September 2023. There are time restrictions for these transfers so please refer to our Travel Information sheet before you book your travel.
Etherton Education provide all students attending a summer course with a basic insurance policy. A summary of this policy can be found below but we strongly advise that all students take out their own comprehensive private insurance including travel and medical cover as well as the policy we provide.
Etherton Education Documents to Carry in to the UK
Students travelling into the UK should carry a completed Consent to Travel Letter which will be issued once a deposit has been received. This should be kept in their hand luggage to present to customs officials if required. If you have made a payment for a course and have not received a Consent to Travel Letter to complete please contact us and we can send you the correct letter for your course.
When to Pay
We would normally request a deposit to be paid within 21 days of issuing an offer of a place and the course fee balance payment is due by 01 July 2023. For applications made and places offered after 01 July 2023, the full course fee will be payable immediately.
Student Certificates and Reports
All students will receive a certificate and a report at the end of their course. For students completing the full 4-week course, they will receive a detailed report on their work in each subject. For students on shorter courses, they will receive a short-form report.
Student Visa Information
On application, please advise us what visa you will be applying for (or have in place already) to attend your course. There are many different visa types available so you will need to make sure you have chosen one which covers the entire duration of your study at Etherton Education.
If you are going to study at a UK school after our course, or are planning on applying to one, please see our Partner Schools Page for more information. We have around 140 visa partnerships with British boarding schools which may enable you to apply for a single visa to cover our course and your onward school.
Students are supervised almost all of the time but have some freedom to move around when they are on the school campuses of our host school. On trips, students 15 and over may have periods of up to two hours’ shopping time in groups of three. Students 14 and under are always supervised on trips.
If you have any questions about the details shown here, or about our courses in general, please contact our admissions team HERE.
