Etherton Education – Summer 2019 Course Round Up
We have had another wonderful summer at Etherton Education. Over the 8 week summer vacation we delivered a new “Family Summer Course” (for children aged 7-10 with their parents at Dean Close School in Cheltenham), as well as our regular “Introduction to British Boarding”, “Pre-GCSE”, “Fast Track Pre-GCSE” and “Pre-A-Level/Pre-IB” Academic Summer Courses for students aged 10-17 (at Badminton School in Bristol, Wellington School in Somerset and Lord Wandsworth College in Hampshire). This summer was a lot of fun, and we had a truly fantastic team of people at each school helping to deliver the courses to our traditionally high standard.
Our students have now departed to join over 100 independent schools across the UK or returning home. We wish them much success and happiness in their future studies.
Our Tier 4 compliance on behalf of our partner schools has been exceptional this year – we have processed over 170 BRP Cards, registered many students with the police and liaised with numerous schools and agents with regard to reporting the safety of their students. We have also organised over 30 educational visits, co-ordinated arrival and departure transport for over 400 students, and everyone, staff, students, Teachers and Student Hosts, has had a fantastic time!
We are now in the final stages of confirming our 2020 courses and developing all our course brochures and information packs. Our website will be updated as soon as the details are all ready to be published and they will be sent out to all our partner agents and schools.
